It's almost time for Cassette Week and here in the UK Save Ferric and the brilliant VOD Music record shop decided to celebrate.
CASSETTE WEEK EVENT
Grab some of your favourite tapes and come on down to VOD Music in North Wales to join our cassette party. We'll have two decks to play tapes all day long with chatting, drinking coffee and generally sitting around on the comfy sofa having a ruddy good time. No tapes of your own? I'm sure there'll be something around to tickle your magnetic fancy.
SAVE FERRIC'S FIRST DAY OFF
To complement the event, Save Ferric is releasing a mixtape to showcase some UK artists and labels who embrace tape culture. There will only be 17 copies, a mere £5 each and available exclusively on the 17th at the event at VOD Music! What's more, we'll be spinning the tape a few times to have listening party or two on the day.

The new issue of the fanzine will also be available - and that's always FREE!
Of course, for those who can't join us, I'll post again to let you all know when Issue 3 is available to download or get a print copy. It's currently at the printers so it won't be long!
