Here comes one of the glossiest, most fabulous and entertaining national pageants, the Miss Universe Thailand 2021!
It's Miss Universe season and every national pageant is scrambling to find their representatives for the 70th edition of the pageant in Eilat, Israel. Thailand is in high spirits as they have another great batch of competitors to choose from.
During the preliminary competition held last October 22nd, we've pretty much gauged the ladies that have the best chances to be the next Thai representative to the MU pageant and they are:
Tharina Botes - 24 years old, 5'10", she holds a bachelor’s in commerce degree in Economics. She has a long list of accomplishments when it comes to pageantry; she was awarded the title of Miss International South Africa 2016 and represented her country at Miss International 2016. In 2018, Tharina competed at the Miss South Africa pageant where she placed in the Top 12. In 2019, Tharina was crowned Miss Grand Phuket 2019 and represented Phuket at Miss Grand Thailand 2019 where she placed in the Top 10.
Anchilee Scott-Kemmis - 22 years old, 6'0", Thai Australian model; originally from Chachoengsao but currently she lives in Bangkok, Thailand. She has a Bachelor’s degree from University in Sydney majoring in Sociology. She currently works as a curve model in Bangkok but through her work, Ann's mission is to celebrate ourselves, our uniqueness, love our own beauty by setting our own standards. Through this, she hopes each and every one of us reminds ourselves that we are real size and our real size is beautiful.
Kasama Suetrong - 25 years old, 5'9, is currently studying at the Faculty of Business Administration University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce. She was born in Bangkok and grew up on Koh Samui In childhood. She loved to learn which is how she began to learn languages (she speaks English, Thai and Spanish) from the age of 6 to increase the chances of making foreign friends. She has entered the beauty industry professionally and has competed in many beauty pageants.
