Community & Posts on Mental Health, Decoloniality and Social Justice

Hi, thank you for visiting my Community Page. I hold regular meetings and reading groups for community members and provide a monthly newsletter with resources and reflective prompts on the topics of oppression, resistance and mental health. If you'd like to check what's available for community members please head to the membership tab.

I also create blogs and share information on oppression, colonialism, mental health and therapy, from what I hope is a different perspective than the mainstream. A lot of time and effort goes into this work, including research, reflection time, emotional labour and writing time. I do it for free because I'm passionate about this and I wish my work to be available to everyone.
