I don't like it when my upcoming schedule isn't certain, but this weekend's events are not 100% set in stone.
I WILL be at the Market on 12 on Friday, although there's a small chance that inclement weather might force me to pack up a little early if storms blow in off Lake Michigan later in the afternoon. So, if you're planning to stop by, I recommend doing so earlier rather than later!
Saturday is calling for potential thunderstorms in the morning, so the Chesterton European Market will be weather dependent. I DO usually set up even if it's raining, but if there's lightning and/or strong winds, I can't risk it.
The outcome on Saturday will likely impact whether or not I do the Dockside Market on Sunday. (Last week, I had to air out my tent and merchandise from the rain on Saturday, which meant I wasn't packed and ready to go for Sunday, so it was a last-minute scramble in the morning.)
I have to say... it's weekend forecasts like this that make me really miss the indoor events! I will post updates on my official Facebook page if anything gets canceled or delayed. I'll try to update my website as well, but when issues arise at the last minute, I don't always have access to my computer to make that update.
