Hi, my name is Sarah and I am a paranormal researcher from Melbourne Australia. I have been writing about the paranormal for close to a decade now through my blog LLIFS otherwise known as Living Life In Full Spectrum. I have written a few books and am also a regular writer for the international magazine Haunted.
LLIFS started as a website where I wanted to provide as much information and resources for people interested in the paranormal. It is full of free resources and over 600 articles on paranormal research. I have always prided myself on being able to provide the website free of ads and no paywall.
