I'm Sarah, mom of two teens and our dog Tobytobes & partner to Pete (viking bearded handsome fella).
I'm a disability advocate, my sister has CP, I work in a charity close to my heart. The last 4 years have been turbulent with some upsetting times that have led to health going downhill and weight gain. I feel the stress and anxiety bought on perimenopause symptoms and just attacked my body and metabolism.
But life is for living right!
And everything can change if you really want it.
At 43 I have finally taken action to get fit, feel fabulous 👌 and to help others reach their goals.
I have joined Modere as a consultant. My success with their 5 day cleanse is incredible 🙌 16 stone 9 to 16 stone 1 in 5 days!!!! I have now started their Body Transformation System and will be sharing the highs and lows of this new journey. The full honest truth. I want to see others gain this new energy and focus also.
