About Santosh Shinde
Writing, experiments, and open-source tools around AI, data & ML.
AI Lead Engineer with proven expertise in designing and delivering production-grade intelligent systems at scale. I specialise in Agentic AI architectures, Data Mesh frameworks, and LLM-powered engineering — bridging the gap between data infrastructure and applied artificial intelligence.
My core focus lies in building multi-agent systems using LangChain and LangGraph, engineering scalable data pipelines on Databricks, and championing domain-driven data ownership through Data Mesh principles. I bring a strong engineering mindset to every layer — from data modelling and orchestration to AI workflow design and deployment.
I thrive in high-ownership environments where I can lead cross-functional teams, define technical strategy, and ship systems that deliver measurable business value.
