This is Julius Doherty's younger brother, Rian Doherty! He's a little over a year younger than Julius is. I won't say much about him as of now, but he's a decently prominent character in Hellbound! And there are other future plans for him eventually.. One day😭 anyway, I'm sorry for how bad this is, I have horrid art block and only spent about 20 minutes on this.
