Cursed Merchandise

Readers of The Ethical Trip will recall my attempts at humour and satire, where I channel/parody some of the worst people I could imagine being involved in psychedelics (who, for legal reasons, are 100% not based on real individuals.)

After positive feedback and encouragement from friends and colleagues, I've transferred some of this alleged humour to t-shirts, made print on demand by Printful and sold via Etsy.

Is any of this a good idea? Is any of it actually funny?

The fact that people might be inclined to answer 'no' to one or both of those questions has yet to stop me in any other area of my life, and I do aim to be consistent.

I think part of it is because I spend a lot of time thinking about very serious things, I need to do something goofy to balance myself out. Anyway, if you are inclined to check the designs out, you can find them on Etsy here: https://theethicaltrip.etsy.com

Founding Readers and members at Socratic Psychonaut and above get (not yet 100% calculated) discounts!

Please note that depending on your location and the particular print process, delivery time is anywhere between a few days and a few weeks.

I'm hoping my samples arrive before I go to EGA Garden States: Regeneration, though I'm not sure what it says about me that I'll wear my own fashion. And I'm tempted to donate one of these or the conference raffle, I'm not 100% convinced enough people will see the funny side.

Either way, I'm happy to hear feedback & thoughts on this.

Cheers,

Samuel
