SALTIRE SKY PRESENTS: THE LARAMIE PROJECT
Welcome to our Buymeacoffee page for our production of The Laramie Project by Moises Kaufman and the Members of The Tectonic Theater Project. Lockdown dealt a massive blow to the performing Arts on a global scale but we were determined to stay positive and focus our energy on being creative during these unprecedented times. Our lockdown project saw members of the 3rd year BA Acting course at The Royal Birmingham Conservatoire come together with Saltire Sky Theatre to devise on online performance Laramie as we feel the verbatim style fits the brief and Matt Shepard's story is one that resonated with us all and one which we believe is relevant to the world today.
We have set up this donation link to achieve two main goals. We hope that your kind donation will help us fund a future live production of this show later in the year as well as allow us to make a contribution to The Matthew Shepard Foundation who are dedicated to eradicating hate since 1998, this will allow us to show our support for their work and thank them for their fantastic support for our show.
