I recently discovered that I can cut my train fare in half by spending £15 for an annual rail card. I can travel by bus for free and is quicker but the times are not so convenient and I prefer the relative comfort of the train.
Anyway, I will be travelling home a bit more often during the winter months which I hope will please my family.
So here I am on a busy, noisy train, going home for a couple of days.
