So the Stranger Things S5 OST dropped yesterday, but after scouring both the track list & the internet, I realized that… the music that plays during the very last scene of the show (which is an absolutely lovely and amazing melodic arrangement of “The First Lie” and “Teens”/“Kids” together)… is not on the OST! How?? Why??
My guess is that the track will be released at some point in the future, maybe on a special/deluxe edition of a collection of all the major tracks from the show? I can only hope so, because I need to have this piece on its own!!
But, until that time comes… this upload of mine will have to do! I’ve taken the last scene and removed (most of) the dialogue to the best of my ability, and left in just the music from the scene. It’s just so beautiful, I love it so much – and I hope I can help others out there who love this song and want to keep listening to it. 🥹 (On a sidenote, this scene was beautiful and I could not stop bawling my eyes out 😭)
