If you sell on Etsy, you probably know the routine: you spend hours creating your product and listing… but when it comes to the 13 tags, many of us just add them once and forget about them.
The problem is that search trends change. A tag that worked last year might now be too competitive—or something buyers aren't even searching for anymore.
So I built a small tool for myself called the Etsy Tag Optimizer (Beta).
It quickly shows which tags might be:
• too generic and crowded
• low in search demand
• or the “Goldilocks” keywords — good demand, manageable competition, and under 20 characters.
It’s already helping me refresh my listing SEO much faster.
