The Intro Bodyweight Program is Now Live!

Hi everyone!

My “Three Month Intro to Bodyweight Training Program” has officially been uploaded to this page! And guess what? It’s completely free! Just head on over to the "extras" tab on my coffee page here to download it.

If you are someone who has little-to-no experience with resistance training but would like to begin to master some general movement patterns while building some strength, endurance, and mobility, this could be a great program to try!

It requires no specialized equipment (aside from a couple of common household items that you can easily find), and can be performed at home, in the park, in the gym…wherever you’d like!

Remember: This is a very basic program, and it has been designed for those who have no real experience with general bodyweight exercises or calisthenics. The goal is to learn to appreciate what your body is capable of while challenging all the major muscle groups in your body in an appropriate manner.

I have SO MANY more programs I’m working on; everything from additional basic programs, intermediate programs, and even advanced programs! I’m a one-man show with all of this, so these things always take time but I absolutely love providing content for all of you.

In the meantime, keep looking after yourselves, keep looking after one another, and keep making great things happen!
