The Temasya Warisan Pahang 2026, held at the Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA), Kuantan, was a wonderful celebration of Pahang’s heritage, art, culture, traditional crafts, and food.

The 10-day program brought together exhibitions, traditional crafts, cultural performances, demonstrations, food, and even international cultural showcases, creating a space to experience and appreciate the many layers of Pahang’s heritage.

The festival was inspired by KDPB Tengku Ampuan Pahang, Tunku Azizah, with the aim of continuing to preserve, elevate, and introduce Pahang’s heritage to the public in a way that feels fresh and accessible to today’s generation.

One of the highlights for us was finally getting to see inside Kutubkhanah Diraja, the Royal Library. Photography is ordinarily prohibited, but special permission was granted to visitors during the festival.

It was lovely to be there and experience it for ourselves. Thank you again to Nik Izyan Izzati and Perbadanan Muzium Negeri Pahang for having us, for the fascinating tour, and for being such a warm and welcoming host. ❤️
