Have you been diagnosed with sciatica? Did your provider do any sort of physical assessment on you? If the answer is no, and you have not been seeing results, then you may not have the right diagnosis. The sciatic nerve runs down from the low back, through the glutes, and down the legs. Sometimes the piriformis can get tight and exert pressure on the sciatic nerve, causing the exact same symptoms as Sciatica. The problem is that since the root of the problem is not being addressed, you aren't going to get better. The good news is that there are a few simple and easy physical assessments your provider can do to see if the lumbar or the piriformis is the origin of the pain. Be sure to ask your provider how they ruled out Piriformis Syndrome, and ask if they can perform the Straight Leg Raise to confirm it's traditional sciatica.
