Join us for an hour of lunchtime life drawing. This time Naomi is modelling for portraits in her beautiful twiggy crown. As this Sunday is the day of the #blacklivesmatter protests in Edinburgh, any proceeds above £60 will be donated to a BLM arts charity (as yet undecided - please get in touch with your suggestions), and we will run the session 30 mins earlier to give you time to get down to the protest too. This will be our only session today - the 5-6pm session will not be happening, so do join us if you can and be as generous as you can afford.
When you donate, you will be sent an email containing the Zoom link. The session will open from 12.15pm and we will start drawing at 12.30 for 1 hour.
These short sessions are the perfect opportunity to try out this online drawing malarky if you haven't before, have some non-financially committed fun, and maybe even get the kids/parents/partners/flatmates/cats drawing too. Sharpen those pencils, get that wine out, make yourselves comfy and get ready to tag your drawings #reconfigurative so I can pool and repost your collective efforts and bring us all together despite our dispersal! Join us 15 mins before the session for intros and for the link to my playlist which you can blast out if you like, or put whatever tunes you like on.
The session is hosted on the online conferencing platform Zoom. Please mute your microphones but feel free to keep your video on if you wish - you will be visible to everyone. Please do not take screen shots, respect the model as you would during an IRL life drawing class.
