So far we've got the following in progress:
- Moroccan spiced lentils
- Bean mix for things like burritos, quesadillas etc
- Pumpkin soup
I'll probably also do up a vegetable curry, some pasta dishes, more soups (lots of carrots this week and a giant leek!), mashed potatoes with broccoli, and some rice dishes.
Head's up, I will never be a food photographer though 😅
