New Features Are Coming to Project Sophia

One of my goals for 2025 is to learn more about Project Sophia and create content for the community.

Microsoft defines Project “Sophia” a new generation of AI-first business app that helps users with complex, cross functional tasks, and offers a new way to discover, visualize, and interact with business data.

I have been experimenting some use cases in customer service and finance fields, and the results are really great.

But my favorite feature coming soon: soon you will be able to assess your portfolio, program, and projects' health in Project Sophia. This is extremely power feature. You basically need to upload your data, provide a prompt, and Sophia not only visualizes the data but also generates insights 🤯.

You can choose sample data, upload your own data, or you can even bring your data from Dataverse.

Wishlist for Project Sophia: I’d love to see the ability to connect directly to other data sources. While exporting data to Excel is an option, it often requires time-consuming clean-up.
