Today's Challenge 💡
Can you imagine living a whole day without electricity?
𝗦ince 07/10/2023, the electricity in our city h been cut off and has not been restored.
Meaning: no fridge, no washing machine, no iron, TV, blender, microwave, phone charger… all electrical appliances are unavailable and we can't use them.
Alternatives are very limited under the siege and high prices. Some use small batteries to power lights and charge phones only, while a full solar system is available to a few people due to its high cost.
For me, running my homemade cheese project 🧀, this means:
Limited production based on demand.
Difficulty in expansion.
Challenge in maintaining the quality and safety of the cheese.
But every challenge teaches us a new solution 💪
Even under these circumstances, I continue preparing sandwiches and cheese with love and care, step by step.

هل تستطيع أن تتخيل حياتك بدون كهرباء لمدة يوم كامل؟
.منذ ٧/١٠/٢٠٢٣، الكهرباء انقطعت عن المدينة ولم تُعاد حتى الآن.
يعني: تلاجة ما في، غسالة ما في، مكوى، تلفاز، خلاط، ميكروويف، شاحن جوال… كل الأجهزة الكهربائية غير متوفرة ولا تستطيع استخدامها.
البدائل محدودة جدًا في ظل الحصار وغلاء الأسعار. البعض يستخدم بطاريات صغيرة لتشغيل ضوء وشحن الجوال فقط، والبعض الآخر لديه نظام طاقة شمسية كامل لكن هذا متاح لفئة قليلة بسبب التكلفة.
أما أنا كمشروع جبنة بلدية 🧀، هذا يعني:
إنتاج محدود حسب الطلب.
صعوبة التوسع.
تحدي الحفاظ على جودة وسلامة الجبنة.
لكن كل تحدي يعلمنا حل جديد 💪.
حتى مع هذه الظروف، أستمر في إعداد السندويشات والجبنة بحب واهتمام، خطوة بخطوة.
