This is my AAP01 / SSP18 / SSP28 Shotgun shell adapter. Its a fully DIY build that changes your game style. You make every shot count. But at least you don't have to have heavy mags. Just 32bbs shells in a pouch!
You can get the file for the adapter here: https://www.quizcen.com/products/aap01-glock-shotgun-shell-adapter, with the parts list below. I do have kits for many of my builds, so if you want to get everything in one place, I have you covered.
Parts needed
1 pcs - Festo QSM-M7-6-I (for the hose) (Link to quizcen.com)
+10 cm 6x4mm hose: (Link to quizcen.com)
1 pcs - HPA Connector (US or EU)
Fasteners:
1 pcs - M2x6mm (For the Shell Opener screw)
1 pcs - M2X10mm (For the latch)
1 pcs - Rod Ø2mm x 18 or 20mm (For BB retention)
2 pcs 4.5mm springs 15mm
Then you need parts from a donor mag, I used parts from an SSP18 mag:
1 pcs - Feedlibs: https://eu.novritsch.com/product/ssp18-v2-gas-magazine-feeding-lip/
1 pcs - Gasroute: https://eu.novritsch.com/product/ssp18-v2-gas-magazine-gas-route/
1 pcs - Exhaust valve: https://eu.novritsch.com/product/ssp18-exhaust-valve/
1 pcs - Rod Ø2mm x 16mm (for the feedlibs)
Print settings
I printed my adapter on an Anycubic Mono M7 Pro with Anycubic ABS LIKE 2 PRO resin with standard settings. (You might want to increase the burn-in layer time to 30 seconds for better adhesion to the build plate. Everything has to be printed on an angle with support (USE SUPPORT ON BUILD PLATE ONLY! YOU CANNOT HAVE SUPPORT INSIDE THE GAS ROUTE!)
Make sure to fully cure the resin when the print is done. Make sure to have all threads, holes, etc., clear of resin and washing fluids before curing. Threads have to be clean to make everything fit together.
The assembly video will hopefully be available very soon. You can provide your feedback and ask questions on my Discord page: https://discord.com/invite/XFdMX947JP
