Emotions at your 30s are far more intense if you decide to enjoy them on your own before reacting to them. This works by deciding to enjoy them before reacting or share them. Whenever you feel something, just pause, breathe and enjoy. You created that emotion inside of you. Enjoy that moment and just share it whenever you want and whoever you want. I found beauty in holding my feelings because I'm allowing myself to experience life at 100% in a calmer way.
