Hello, there! It's good to write you, again. Today I wanted to share with you my new approach to my fitness life: consistency as a fitness goal.

It took me months to find something that was designed for me to come back the next day. I tried it all, from yoga, to pilates, local gym, athletics, dumbbells, etc. And nothing clicked, until I found a mix between calisthenics, modified dumbbells and walking...

I mean, walking worked out for a little bit, but I got sick when it was raining that I couldn't come back the next day. And also, the sun gave me funny sudden freckles in my right hand, so I will leave the walking only for the weekends in the next few weeks. I'm taking yoga back for Monday to Friday.

It's so important to not give up and to try everything to find something that clicks because it doesn't matter how "hard" you can go in one training session if you don't want to come back the next day. And I was tired of not coming back. I know the benefits, I enjoy the results, but whenever I was pursuing a goal for 28 days, it was a bummer. Not this time, the goal is to show up every single day. And I'm happy that, even though I had a routine that clicked for me, I wasn't rigid with it the minute I got sick, as long as I could come back, I'm gonna modify it so I can show up.
