Both Coffee and Tea are popular morning beverages. Coffee provides an energy boost and numerous health benefits, and tea has many health benefits, especially green tea, which is high in antioxidants. However, Here are some of the reasons why I think it's healthy to drink coffee daily;

  • Caffeine can help muscles burn fat more efficiently, improving endurance, and increasing an athlete's work rate and time.
