One of the most important aspects of running a small business is being able to stay on top of the many tasks that need to get done. Unfortunately, the number of tasks we have to do is rarely a linear mathematical progression—and it's extremely rare to have all the time in the day to get it all done.
Between the uncertainties, hard decisions, and distractions that can prevent you from attaining your goals in the timeframe you initially planned. This can be frustrating and lead to anti-productive behavior that could cause you to get even more behind.
It's ok, take a breath, ask for help, pass some of it to an outsource (I'll be getting into outsourcing a little later).
But here are some actions that yield anti-productive results.
