Unterstütze Public Trust

Public Trust is an independent website where families share their experiences of children's social care, council by council, across England and Wales.

Each council's page brings together families' ratings, the latest Ofsted or Care Inspectorate Wales findings, and clear advice on getting help or making a complaint, so people can see how services are really working and councils can see where to improve.

We want Public Trust to last, and families' voices to keep being heard. It's free to use, has no adverts and takes no money from government, councils or anyone it rates, so for now it's self-funded. A small donation helps keep it going and helps hold councils to account. It pays for hosting, security and the time it takes to check every rating before it's published.
