We want to ensure you have the best experience possible, so we will break down some things that will help us bring your vision to life. Let us look at some questions to help us bring your project to life.

If so, we will break down how we charge so you have a clear idea of what we charge and how we break that down.
Do you have the STLs already?
Do you need some guidance to find what you are looking for?
There are so many creators that it can be overwhelming, so if you need help, we can consult with you. And the price of that consultation and research will be taken out of your final cost.
What do we use to print?
We use ABS like Sunlu Resin but we have other options if nessacry or would better suit your needs . This resin will give your models the best chance of lasting a long time, surviving an impact and still looking amazing.
We use a GKTwo with an 8k screen. It provides the best blend of reliability and workhorse. We use denatured alcohol with a pre-rinse and a post-cleaning, with a curing machine to make sure what you get is in the best condition possible.
If you want models from a company (games workshop, Infinity, Mantic, etc.), then we will need to work out payment to allow us to buy those models for you to get them to us, verify them, clean them up, and then process them for you to get it ready for painting.
We will need to identify If we are putting these items together and if they need to be pinned for strength.

Let's look at the categories we need to decide about. First and most importantly, what level of painting service do you want? We offer Table Top standard, TTS +, medium, high, and special cases.
What does any of that mean? Let's look
Tabletop standard(TTS):
This is a standard accepted by the community at large. This is a base layer and shade with vital details added. The tournament standard is three colors, so we will try to ensure that you have that covered. Depending on the colors and the situation, we will use contrast-style paints to get you more effect for your money or use more classic techniques depending on your end goal.
TTS+:
This is all of the above but has highlights added, more focus on vital details, and a more comprehensive range of color combinations. At this level, we will do our best to get your models to look good from the standard eye distance(looking at them on a table) and still hold up on closer inspections.
Medium:
This category is where we explore more techniques and options to bring your stuff to life. This level has many shades and highlights to make your model stand out. We use various techniques and painting styles to bring your vision to life. This category has much flexibility regarding how you want your models done and their effects.
High:
This is the level at which we can make something unique for you. We will need this level if you want lots of high-level things to make your vision real. This is also the level for bigger models to cover the size.
Special:
This is when the thing you want will require much consideration and vary from case to case.
Varnish:
Varnish is a spray coat that will seal and protect your piece. It is optional, but it is suggested that this piece be used and moved a lot. It is required for any metal miniature to protect it from chipping.
Bases
So when it comes to bases, we only have a few options because there are only a few needs.
Nothing: we will get it a solid base color and send it out.
Basic: we will either paint the base for your color scheme and/or what is printed on the base, or we can put down some basic flock to cover a base
Advanced: this is where we put corke, tuffs, items, special effects, etc., depending on your theme.
Shipping
So we can send your model packed tightly with pluck foam to ensure a safe journey. If your model is fragile or the total cost is over 100$, we will put additional insurance on by default if your order(USPS insurances most packages to 100 as part of their service). This gives you the best chance to get your product safely and gives it insurance in case it is damaged in transit.
To best serve you, once we have your order, we will acquire foam and box prices to meet your needs best. This cost will be included in your bill's total shipping and handling.
Bill
We will give you an estimate with cost breakdowns to the best of our ability so you can see what you bought with us. For larger orders or orders that require us to purchase models on your behalf, we will require a non-refundable upfront payment to cover the cost of the models, the consultation(if needed) and the work to get said models. Then, there will be a separate charge for the remaining work.
For reasonable reasons, we will accept refunds if it is in good faith. The model is returned (shipped with insurance and original packaging ) within 15 days of the model delivery date(as posted by the shipper), I.E., within 15 days of receiving your model, you would need to contact us and let us know then repackage it and have it in the mail by day 15. We reserve the right to deny a refund request.
We ask that you work out a commission with us beforehand, and we will post the bill of goods to Buy Me a Coffee. This is because they are the best service to allow us to keep our prices lower, and we are trying to support that platform.
