Hello, and welcome. I'm Darlene Hull, a certified Life Coach and Spiritual Formation Coach drawing from the deep well of contemplative Christian tradition — the desert fathers and mothers, the Celtic saints, the monastics who prayed with their hands long before they had words for it.

I teach the Hand Psalter, a simple prayer practice designed by Jan Mombaer centuries ago, still steady and still true. My work is for women in midlife who are tired of noise and hungry for silence — women ready to trade striving for stillness, and stillness for a life that finally feels like their own.
