A Story of Mind Over Matter is a fictional, trauma-informed series designed to teach self-healing through emotional engagement and story-based learning. Each chapter integrates therapeutic concepts drawn from my personal and professional experiences as a mental health nurse turned Energy Therapist. Childhood trauma, mental illness, and narcissistic abuse dynamics are the core themes of the series.

The Other String Theory is the coaching model I use with my clients. It is based on the health and wellness of the brain-body, the mind, and the soul. Self-mastery levels involve the Puppet, Pupil and Producer stages of growth and development.

I also offer Energy Therapy sessions online. Sessions include coaching followed by receiving long distance Reiki.
