I wanted to let you know that we’ve been working hard to find rentals for Americans who need a 12 month lease in town to fulfill their D7 requirements. We have 3 apartments available for October for annual rental in Vila Real de Santo António. 2 at 800 euros a month and one at 1200. Let me know if you want details.
