Digital museum cataloguing lapel pins from Canada's municipalities
What started as a passive collection - gathering lapel pins as I travelled for work - would eventually lead to a goal of collecting a lapel pin from all of Ontario's 444 municipalities. After starting to post the pins online, the goal of PinQuest become much more ambitious.
I am now working to reach far and wide to collect a lapel pin from every municipality in Canada; from coast, to coast, to coast!
As I add pins to the collection, I share each one online with a fact about the community it came from. Whether you follow PinQuest on Instagram, or simply view the pins as part of this virtual museum, I hope you enjoy, and learn a bit about the places Canadians call home!
