Über The Philosophical Facilitator
It can be difficult for facilitators, directors and teachers to find time for reflection in the midst of all the different projects they have to juggle.
I've been training and mentoring facilitators for over twenty years, and, while I certainly don't have all the answers, I've discovered that my biggest impact comes from guiding others towards new ways of thinking.
That's where the Philosophical Theatre Facilitator newsletter comes in. I want to spark some reflective thoughts about facilitation, challenge the status quo, dive deep into popular games and exercises, and share some fresh sources of inspiration with you.
I write the newsletter from various coffee shops, imagining I'm chatting with my subscribers. If you ever find an issue particularly helpful or thought-provoking, you can now literally buy me the coffee that will fuel the next one. This helps keep the newsletter free and accessible for everyone.
