Hi, I'm Zak. I run The People's Pocket, a free website that helps everyday people in Ireland, Northern Ireland and England find the grants, payments and tax credits they're entitled to, and claim them. Every guide is in plain English, and every figure links to the official page it came from and is re-checked automatically when that page changes. There are 152 guides and free calculators covering carers, disability, pensions, families, housing, energy and more. There's no paywall and no paid placements, and I never ask for bank or PPS details. No company can pay to be listed or ranked. It's just me, and I'd like to keep it free for everyone.
