Car registration ate my bill money.

Ya it's the birthday present that keeps ya broke...car registration. There's a couple of bills that need to be paid but having a car in legal standing was more important...so I paid that instead. So the 1st of the month bills have been paid but the bills due on the 15th is gonna be an issue if I don't come up with the means to pay them. If you can help I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you!
