As everyone knows... big tech wants you online all the time! As much as I love connections via a screen..(it can lead to some interesting ties!) in order to actually create, you need to be off line more than online.
As an artist- (in the European definition of the word) I can attest to the struggle to find the balance between promotion of the work that I create and the actual creating!
I am by trade: An astrologer, (the round art) a podcaster, a writer, (published!-Latimes, ArtNet,) a jeweler, a photographer (three solo shows!) a documentary filmmaker, an art model, a member of SAG/AFTRA, and a long time ago I performed Improv comedy for money. Yes... that is a lot of creating. My life is about creating. Yours is too! As I believe we are all artists.
I encourage everyone to find the creator within your soul. It is there waiting, wanting you to CREATE.
