Hi,
The datasets are now live across VCListNetwork. Here's a full picture of how the network is structured.
How the data is sourced
The foundation is ProjectStartups.com — a database of recently funded startups tracked across sectors and stages. That funding activity drives the investor mapping across the rest of the network.
Each VC dataset is built from real funding rounds: who participated, at what stage, in which sector, and where. This means firms in the dataset are ones that have recently deployed capital — not firms that appeared in a directory years ago.
Each record is categorized by sector focus, investment stage, portfolio relationships, and geographic activity. The result is a working picture of who is actively writing checks in a given market today.
What the network covers
Sector maps: AI (1050), SaaS (850), FinTech (660), Climate (400), Healthcare (700), DeepTech (470), Consumer (500), Biotech (360), Web3 (200)
Stage maps: Seed (1300), Pre-Seed (530)
1480 Venture Capital Firms total across all sectors and stages.
What you can do with it
The datasets are used for fundraising research, targeted investor outreach, market mapping, portfolio overlap analysis, and monitoring funding activity by sector and stage. ProjectStartups.com is also useful directly if you want to track recent funding rounds or research individual companies — 1,500 funded startup records across 2026.
Downloadable exports
VCListNetwork.com is the central download hub for the network, where you can access CSV/Excel exports for individual sector maps, stage-specific maps, and the complete network dataset.
