Keeping bees

When we starting keeping bees 2 years ago, we really didn't have a clue what we were getting into. But roll on 2 years and having completed a deep-dive beekeeping course , we really enjoy keeping bees. Keeping bees has resulted in us not just introducing native trees, but letting nature take over. One large part of our land turns every summer in a a sea of purple . Flowers tower well above our head and we enjoy nothing more than walking between these magnificent colours. Across the road from us is a pine forest that once upon a time was planted for its wood and will one day disappear again when harvested.
