About Maxim Marshak
OSINT tools and services
Hi, I’m Maxim Marshak (@OSINTech) — OSINT engineer and software developer specializing in investigative tooling and data-driven research.
I have over 5 years of hands-on experience in OSINT, internal investigations, and applied R&D. My work focuses on building reliable, reproducible systems for collecting, processing, and analyzing large volumes of unstructured data. At Tesari AI, I contribute as an OSINT Engineer and library curator, where I design data pipelines, curate investigative datasets, and develop methodologies that support real-world analytical and investigative workflows.
My expertise includes the development of custom OSINT solutions — parsers, scrapers, enrichment pipelines, and analytical tools — with a strong emphasis on data integrity, automation, and scalability. I work extensively with Python, Ruby, JavaScript, Perl, and Bash, and have solid experience in backend architecture, databases, and DevOps-oriented environments.
I approach OSINT as an engineering discipline: structured, verifiable, and results-oriented. My goal is to build tools and knowledge bases that improve investigative efficiency and enable informed, evidence-based decision-making.
If you find my work useful, you’re welcome to support it — coffee, books, or a beer are always appreciated.
