English (Abdul Haleem):
The Jews say, ‘God’s hand is tied.’ May their own hands be tied and may they be cursed for what they say! No! His hands are wide open: He gives as He pleases. What has been sent down to you from your Lord will surely increase many of them in their rebellion and rejection of the truth. We have cast enmity and hatred among them until the Day of Resurrection. Whenever they kindle the fire of war, God will extinguish it. They strive to spread corruption in the land, but God does not love those who spread corruption.
