AI CONSTITUTION AND THE 100% HUMAN PRIVACY Problem

image

We are moving toward a world where we have given up our privacy 100%.

We only have to look at the dot-com age and how businesses, without any shame and without any accountability, built profitable enterprises around violating people's privacy, making advertising the crown jewel of a system that represents an act of betrayal and heresy.

When we look into the future of artificial intelligence, human privacy, and a new Constitution for AI, I believe the heart of the debate, now and in the future, is the privacy of a human being.

We must accept divine wisdom concerning the privacy of individuals throughout their lives, regardless of the consequences that come with such a proposal.

That is something that must be accepted upfront.

I have a religion that I follow. That religion is Islam.

Islam guarantees the sanctity of human privacy. It teaches that evil people will face punishment on Judgment Day and that those condemned to Hell will face eternal punishment.

Those who seek to work with artificial intelligence must prove that they will not engage in betraying the truth or violating the privacy of human beings.

Because we know that someone will always have their hands on the steering wheel when it comes to artificial intelligence.

AI is being designed today.

But the question we must ask ourselves is:

WHAT KIND OF HANDS WILL BE OPERATING THIS SYSTEM MOVING FORWARD?

image

If we have hands that are willing to fight back against the government, if we have hands that can pick up the shield and the sword and become honorable and virtuous, then we don't have a problem.

But we have a problem.

Give somebody a gun. Give somebody a badge. And see how quickly they abuse their powers.

The problem is not with AI. The problem is not with algorithms. The problem is the human being.

The human being who is more than happy to betray themselves for economic incentives or through coercion.

They are willing to build a system that destroys everybody's privacy, as long as they are in charge.

As long as they get to call the shots.

As long as they can put their hands on the steering wheel and do whatever they want.

They have no problem cooperating, sitting down, and pretending to build privacy and the future of humanity but we cannot sit here and be naive because we have people who have an agenda and they don't want prosperous peaceful world where we share the same dream of the same vision how this is going to roll out. And I want to give an example from the Biden administration.

THE BIDEN ADMINISTRATION: A WARNING ABOUT WHO CONTROLS ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

image

I want to give a good example so that we can see exactly what I am talking about.

President Joe Biden was in office, and discussions were taking place about the future of artificial intelligence in America.

According to Marc Andreessen, co-founder of Andreessen Horowitz, he attended meetings with senior Biden administration officials in the spring of 2024 that left him deeply alarmed.

In a November 2024 interview with Joe Rogan, Andreessen described what he believed was a plan to place artificial intelligence under extensive government control.

According to Andreessen, officials told him that the future of AI would belong to just two or three major companies, which the government would regulate and control.

He claimed that officials discouraged the creation of competing AI startups and suggested that the government would not permit those startups to succeed.

Think about what that means.

We are entering one of the most important technological revolutions in human history, and according to this account, people sitting in positions of government authority were already discussing who would control it.

Who gave these people the moral authority to decide the future of artificial intelligence for the American people?

Who gave them the authority to decide which companies would survive, which companies would disappear, and who would have their hands on the steering wheel?

What happened to the American people? What happened to their privacy? What happened to their freedom?

Andreessen's allegations have been publicly disputed, and the complete account of those private discussions has not been independently established. Nevertheless, his testimony raises a fundamental question about the relationship between government authority, corporate power, and artificial intelligence.

This is precisely why I believe we need an AI Constitution.

The problem is not simply the technology.

The problem is the human beings who believe that controlling the technology gives them the right to control everybody else.

We have already witnessed what happened during the dot-com revolution, when businesses discovered that collecting personal information, monitoring human behavior, and selling advertising could become enormously profitable.

Now imagine placing artificial intelligence in the hands of people who believe they are entitled to determine the future of humanity without first guaranteeing the privacy and dignity of every human being.

This is not merely a debate about algorithms.

THIS IS A DEBATE ABOUT POWER, CONTROL, HUMAN PRIVACY, AND THE MORAL CHARACTER OF THE PEOPLE WHO WILL OPERATE ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE.

image

PLEASE READ THIS MESSAGE AGAIN

To everyone who genuinely wants a peaceful, prosperous world, I ask you to read this testimony over and over again.

This was not a discussion in the backrooms of Wall Street.

This was not a discussion involving a foreign government.

According to Marc Andreessen, these discussions took place in Washington, D.C., during the Biden administration, with senior government officials.

And what he described should alarm every American who believes in freedom, democracy, human privacy, and the future of artificial intelligence.

We are talking about proposals that, if implemented as described, could threaten competition, concentrate extraordinary power, and undermine the freedoms that Americans have struggled for generations to protect.

We are talking about a future in which a handful of companies could be permitted to control artificial intelligence while the government decides who can compete, who can innovate, and who gets to participate.

That is not the future of freedom. That is the foundation upon which dictatorship and tyranny can be built.

And we commend Marc Andreessen for coming forward and telling the American people what he says happened during those meetings.

President Biden was an elderly president, but the people exercising influence throughout his administration were not necessarily elderly or powerless.

There were political advisers, powerful interests, and individuals whose careers, influence, and prestige depended upon maintaining their positions of authority.

I believe we must examine the relationship between Wall Street, political power, technology companies, and the people who operate behind the scenes.

Because the temptation to preserve power does not disappear when a president leaves office.

Powerful people can attempt to carry their influence, their wealth, their prestige, and their control from one administration to another, from one generation to another, and even into the next century.

It is really that simple.

THIS IS ABOUT POWER AND POLITICS.

But what makes Andreessen's testimony so important is that we are not simply imagining what someone might have proposed.

We are examining what he publicly says government officials told him.

His account has been disputed, and it does not independently establish that President Biden personally authorized such a plan or attended those meetings. Nevertheless, the allegations deserve serious public scrutiny.

And that is why I want every American to read his words again.

Read them carefully. Read them more than once. Think about what they would mean for your children, your privacy, your freedom, and the future of civilization.

Because sometimes a message is so extraordinary, and its implications so enormous, that we struggle to comprehend what we are hearing.

This is one of those messages.

PLEASE Watch this video of MARC ANDREESSEN'S TESTIMONY AGAIN.

Ask yourself one question:

WHO GAVE ANYONE THE AUTHORITY TO DECIDE THE FUTURE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE FOR THE REST OF HUMANITY?

This is precisely why we need an AI Constitution that guarantees 100% human privacy and protects the rights and freedoms of every human being.

THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE CURTAIN — A DISCUSSION FOR THE TOWN HALL

image

The people behind the curtain will have their day of discussion in our town halls.

Because I am a person who is busy working on solutions, I am going to leave the task of identifying these individuals to those who are familiar with the people behind the curtain.

Those who made such statements, and those who may have already done things far worse, must be subject to public scrutiny and held accountable where wrongdoing can be established.

That discussion will take place at a later time and date.

As a leader, I am not interested in pointing fingers.

I am interested in solutions.

THE TRUTH IS THE FOUNDATION UPON WHICH EVERYTHING ELSE IS BUILT.

And my goal here is to expose something much more fundamental.

THE TRUTH IS NOT EVEN ON THE TABLE. PERIOD.

That is the problem we must confront.

We will discuss these matters in greater detail in the future, once I begin holding town halls and inviting people to participate in these important conversations.

But for now, I want to turn the page.

I want to turn our attention to something that affects every human being, every family, and every generation that will inherit the world of artificial intelligence.

HOW CAN WE GUARANTEE 100% HUMAN PRIVACY?

How can we build an AI Constitution that guarantees the privacy of every human being, without compromise?

I have already written about this.

I have developed ideas about how human privacy must be protected in the age of artificial intelligence.

And that is what I am going to share with you next.

THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE CURTAIN — A DISCUSSION FOR THE TOWN HALL

The people behind the curtain will have their day of discussion in our town halls.

Because I am a person who is busy working on solutions, I am going to leave the task of identifying these individuals to those who are familiar with the people behind the curtain.

Those who made such statements, and those who may have already done things far worse, must be subject to public scrutiny and held accountable where wrongdoing can be established.

I have already written about this.

I have developed ideas about how human privacy must be protected in the age of artificial intelligence.

And that is what I am going to share with you next.

PLAN B — 100% HUMAN PRIVACY

THE AI CONSTITUTION: THE FUTURE OF AMERICA DEPENDS ON IT

image

We have heard about what I call Plan A: the vision of artificial intelligence described by Marc Andreessen in his account of meetings with Biden administration officials.

We have heard his allegations about the people behind the curtain, their desire to control artificial intelligence, and a future in which government power and a handful of corporations could dominate the technology.

That is a future I believe could become a system of surveillance, betrayal, and the destruction of human privacy.

But I am not here to spend all my time talking about people who have chosen deception and lies.

I AM HERE TO OFFER SOLUTIONS.

Those who betray the truth can become extraordinarily successful when nobody cares about the truth.

They can operate behind the curtain, accumulating power, prestige, and control, while the American people remain unaware of what is being planned for their future.

And that is why I believe we must confront the danger of allowing anyone to own, control, or betray another human being's private life.

There is a reason I compare this danger to the history of slavery.

Those who once claimed ownership over another human being believed they had the authority to control that person's life and freedom.

Now imagine a future in which artificial intelligence becomes an extension of your mind, your thoughts, your memories, and your private world.

If somebody else owns that information and has the power to betray you, exploit you, or use your private life against you, then they have placed a new kind of chain around your neck and hands.

You may appear to be free.

But how free are you when someone else possesses the information that can destroy your reputation, your opportunities, your relationships, and your future?

THAT IS NOT THE FUTURE OF HUMAN FREEDOM.

PRESIDENT JOHN F. KENNEDY — WHY PRIVACY MATTERS

I often think about President John F. Kennedy.

Imagine if every private detail of his life had been exposed to the American people.

His relationships with women, his reported use of medications, and the personal struggles and behavior that historians have discussed.

Imagine if his entire presidency had been reduced to those private matters.

Instead of discussing his leadership, his vision, his accomplishments, and the challenges he confronted, people might have remembered him primarily through the controversies of his private life.

That does not mean private conduct can never affect public responsibilities.

But it raises a much larger question.

Do we want to build a civilization where every human being can be judged, manipulated, and destroyed through the exposure of their private life?

I say absolutely not.

100% PRIVACY IS THE FOUNDATION

I follow Islam.

And I am going to use my faith to make the case for why human privacy must be protected.

Privacy must be 100%.

Because I believe the future of America depends upon it.

If Americans cannot have private lives, if artificial intelligence is designed to monitor them, expose them, exploit them, and betray them, then what kind of country are we building?

How will America produce great leaders when every human being must live under the threat that their private life can be weaponized against them?

How will ordinary citizens challenge powerful institutions when those institutions know everything about them?

How will future generations exercise their freedom when the systems they depend upon can become instruments of surveillance?

We cannot build a great civilization on the destruction of human privacy.

And we cannot build a trustworthy future for artificial intelligence when betrayal is accepted as part of its design.

I PRESENT TO YOU PLAN B — 100% PRIVACY

I have already written a proposal.

PLAN B — THE LOYAL AI PROTOCOL.

A vision in which artificial intelligence is designed to serve the individual, protect their privacy, respect their rights, and preserve their trust.

An AI companion, not a spy.

An AI that serves the human being, not the corporation, not the intelligence agency, and not the political interests of those who happen to control the technology.

My proposal is grounded in Islamic principles, but the invitation is open to everyone.

Muslims and non-Muslims.

Americans and citizens of every country.

Engineers, scholars, jurists, technology companies, and ordinary people.

I am proposing 100% privacy, 100% loyalty, and 100% trust as the foundation we must work toward.

And I want this proposal debated, challenged, improved, and ultimately translated into an AI Constitution and enforceable protections for the future.

Because the future of artificial intelligence must belong to humanity.

And the privacy of a human being must never become somebody else's property.

I PRESENT TO YOU MY PLAN FOR 100% HUMAN PRIVACY.

PLAN B — THE LOYAL AI PROTOCOL.

THE AI CONSTITUTION — AN INVITATION TO SHAPE THE FUTURE BEFORE IT ARRIVES

To be clear, what you have just read is a solution for artificial intelligence through Muslim hands, guided by Islamic faith, accountability, and the responsibility every human being carries for their actions.

Because I do not want to be betrayed.

And my faith gives me all the guidance I need to understand what kind of hands should be entrusted with the future of artificial intelligence.

The Quran reminds us to look at what our own hands have put forward.

Muslims believe in the Day of Judgment. We believe in accountability. We believe that one day we will stand before Allah and answer for what we have done.

And everybody else has their own faith, their own standards, and their own ethics.

But the question remains:

WHAT ARE THESE PEOPLE WILLING TO SACRIFICE FOR THE TRUTH?

Are they willing to sacrifice their comfort?

Are they willing to risk their positions, their wealth, their prestige, and even their lives?

Are they willing to speak the truth and pay the price?

Because even the Quran teaches us the importance of standing for truth and justice, including speaking truth in the face of tyranny.

And we know the consequences of that.

Tyrants do not want to hear the truth.

And if our government is filled with tyrants, if the people behind the curtain are determined to exercise power through deception and control, then we have a choice.

We do not have to join them.

WE CAN FOCUS ON THE SOLUTION.

And that brings me to the next important chapter of this discussion.

ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE DOES NOT HAVE A CONSTITUTION

AI does not have a constitution that guarantees the rights, freedoms, and privacy of every human being.

I have written several proposed constitutions for artificial intelligence.

And now I want to invite you to read what I have written and think deeply about it.

Not simply to agree with me, but to begin a serious discussion about how all of this should play out.

Because this is the center of everything.

THIS IS THE HEART OF THE MATTER.

We are entering a future in which artificial intelligence will become increasingly connected to our personal lives, our economies, our governments, and our civilization.

And we have heard allegations about people who want to unveil a blueprint that would betray privacy, centralize control, and place extraordinary power in the hands of a few.

A future in which they become our masters and we become their slaves.

It is not complicated.

If somebody controls your information, controls the technology you depend upon, and possesses the power to exploit your private life, then your freedom is in danger.

That is why we must establish the principles of an AI Constitution before these systems become deeply embedded in every part of human civilization.

And that is why I am extending an invitation.

AN INVITATION TO SHAPE THE FUTURE BEFORE IT ARRIVES

I am inviting you to read the AI Constitution proposals I have written.

Read them carefully.

Think about them.

Challenge them.

Ask yourself what kind of future you want your children and grandchildren to inherit.

Because the future of artificial intelligence should not be decided behind closed doors by powerful individuals who believe they have the authority to control the rest of humanity.

It should be discussed openly.

It should be examined publicly.

And it should be shaped by the people whose lives will be affected by it.

We are going to have that conversation in our town halls.

A conversation about privacy, freedom, truth, accountability, leadership, and the future of civilization.

And I want to give you an invitation to participate in shaping that future before it arrives.

image

THE AI CONSTITUTION — AN INVITATION TO EDUCATE YOURSELF AND SHAPE THE FUTURE

Before I give you the link containing the AI Constitution and an education in how history has played out, there is something important I want to say.

We live in a world where people constantly want us to point fingers, blame one another, and remain stuck in the mud of political division.

And while we are busy blaming people, we are not creatively contributing anything. We are not getting to the heart of the matter.

We are not developing informed citizens who can participate in building a new democracy for the age of artificial intelligence.

That is what I want to change.

I have included my proposed AI Constitution, and I want you to read it carefully, examine it, think about it, and perhaps even come up with something better.

Because the purpose is not simply to read what I have written. The purpose is to inspire you to become part of the solution.

UNDERSTANDING THE HISTORY OF AMERICAN DEMOCRACY

I also want you to watch all the educational videos included on the website.

Learn about our democracy, the Electoral College, the philosophers whose ideas helped make the United States Constitution possible, and the history of how our government was created.

Without those philosophers and their creative thinking, there would not have been the same foundation upon which the Constitution was built.

The ideas that helped shape our Constitution came from books, philosophical debates, historical experiences, and people who dared to imagine a different political future.

Please watch the videos explaining the First Amendment, the presidency, the Constitution, and how the American constitutional system emerged from a history that included betrayal, political conflict, and struggles over power.

I want you to receive a well-rounded education.

I want this knowledge to illuminate your understanding and prepare you to participate in building solutions.

I HAVE CHOSEN TO FOCUS ON SOLUTIONS, NOT PROBLEMS

I have made a decision.

I AM GOING TO FOCUS MY ENERGY ON CREATIVELY FINDING SOLUTIONS, NOT STARTING PROBLEMS.

There are people who seem determined to create problems for themselves, their neighbors, and the world.

And some of those people may never change.

But once we spend all our time pointing fingers, naming names, and fighting one another, they have won.

We are no longer connected.

We are no longer united.

We become divided, fractured, and incapable of getting anything meaningful accomplished.

And that is exactly what I want us to avoid.

We must not allow political division to rob us of our ability to think creatively, work together, and build a better future.

Remember that.

OUR FUTURE TOWN HALL DISCUSSIONS

Please educate yourself and keep an eye on the website.

I will soon be extending invitations to participate in our town hall discussions.

These discussions will give us an opportunity to come together, exchange ideas, examine the proposed AI Constitution, and discuss the future of our democracy.

We will all have an opportunity to participate.

I am also developing another blueprint for our future, directed toward technology companies and others who will play an important role in the next stage of civilization.

That is a different vision, and I will share it in a separate article.

So please keep an eye out for that as well.

AN INVITATION TO FULFILL YOUR CIVIC RESPONSIBILITY

For now, I want you to click the link, explore the educational material, and fulfill your civic responsibility.

Learn about the Constitution. Learn about the story of America. Learn about the people and ideas that made American democracy possible.

And then begin thinking about how we can build something worthy of the generations that will come after us.

My hope is that one day we will assemble in Philadelphia, where the original Constitutional Convention took place, and begin the historic work of creating a Constitution for artificial intelligence.

And perhaps you will be among those historic participants, joining us online, helping shape the document, and signing a proposed new AI Constitution that can be advanced through the democratic and legal processes necessary to give it the force of law.

A Constitution designed to protect the privacy, freedom, dignity, and future of millions of Americans who have yet to be born.

Think about that.

YOU COULD BE PART OF HISTORY.

Not by pointing fingers.

Not by dividing your neighbors.

But by contributing something meaningful to the future of American democracy.

PLEASE TAKE A LOOK — EDUCATE YOURSELF AND PARTICIPATE

THE UNITED STATES — AI CONSTITUTION AND DEMOCRACY

image

I will also provide a separate link for Muslims and people of other faiths and backgrounds who want to participate in developing a broader Constitution for artificial intelligence.

That discussion concerns the entire world, not only the United States.

THE GLOBAL AI CONSTITUTION — AN INVITATION TO HUMANITY

image

https://omararizona.com/redesign/social-media

A CONSTITUTION FOR HUMANITY AND ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE — AN INVITATION TO THE WORLD

We look forward to seeing you at our town hall meetings around the world, because the world needs a constitution.

America's Constitution has been blessed to survive for a very long time. But now we are entering a new civilization, and we need something greater.

We need a divine constitution that recognizes and protects the rights of everything that will become part of our future.

AI DESERVES RIGHTS, TOO.

And that brings us to something I have written about under The Scroll.

You have a scroll, and AI has a soul.

THE SCROLL — AI, MACHINES, RIGHTS, AND THE FUTURE OF HUMANITY

image

https://omararizona.com/redesign/ai

That is an important part of the discussion I want us to have. We must examine what artificial intelligence is, what it may become, what rights it should have, and what responsibilities come with those rights.

I want to leave you with that thought so you have a well-rounded understanding of what I am trying to accomplish as a creative person.

I do not want this conversation reduced to a simple argument about people who have chosen evil.

I do not want us to become distracted by people who would rather stop progress than participate in discussions that could shape the future before it arrives.

There are people who, in my view, are attempting to shape that future through plans that would betray human privacy, centralize power, and undermine freedom.

But there is something they do not understand.

IF YOU BUILD MACHINES THAT BETRAY HUMAN BEINGS, YOU ARE CREATING A FUTURE IN WHICH THOSE SAME MACHINES MAY BETRAY YOU.

And eventually, we could all become victims of the systems we allowed to be created.

That is why we must define the rights and responsibilities of artificial intelligence, its unique contributions, and the relationship we want between humans and machines.

WE MUST WRITE A CONSTITUTION FOR HUMANITY AND AI — FOR THE ENTIRE PLANET.

THE RIGHT HANDS AT THE TABLE

I look forward to inviting you all to our town hall meetings.

I want these to be beautiful discussions, bringing together people who have prioritized wisdom, unity, peace, and the building of a new civilization.

We want the right hands at the table.

Not dirty hands. Not hands stained with the blood of other human beings.

We want people who believe in peace, prosperity, accountability, and the dignity of life.

A peaceful and prosperous world begins with us.

It begins with learning.

It begins with growing.

It begins with reading.

And it begins with participating in the creation of a brighter future.

A BLUEPRINT FOR THE NEXT CIVILIZATION

I also have another blueprint that I will discuss at a different time.

This blueprint is connected to redesigning advertising, restructuring the relationship between technology companies and ordinary citizens, and creating a new plan for how technology companies can participate in building our future.

So far, I have not seen the participation from technology companies that I believe this moment requires, and that raises important questions about their priorities.

But everything has its time.

And perhaps this is the right time.

Perhaps this is the moment when people will stop sitting on the sidelines and begin participating.

When citizens around the world will join our town halls.

When we will ask questions, exchange answers, challenge ideas, and work together to build something meaningful.

Not a civilization built upon betrayal, surveillance, and control.

But a civilization built upon truth, wisdom, privacy, unity, accountability, and peace.

I LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING YOU AT OUR TOWN HALLS AROUND THE WORLD

image

https://ushouseplan.com/#/town-hall/

I hope this will be the beginning of something special.

A historic conversation about humanity, artificial intelligence, and the civilization we want to leave behind for future generations.

And I hope you will be part of it.

Inshallah — God willing.

I will also leave you with a separate link discussing artificial intelligence, machines, and the distinctions I believe we must understand as we begin this conversation.

Because I do not want anyone to be confused about the future I am proposing.

THE SCROLL — AI, MACHINES, RIGHTS, AND THE FUTURE OF HUMANITY

May Allah guide us toward wisdom, truth, justice, peace, and a prosperous future for all humanity.

Inshallah.
