You might’ve noticed that my energy lately has been pouring into a beautiful, chaotic, delicious project: Café Rynok – a Ukrainian café in the heart of Coimbra’s Municipal Market in Portugal.
We serve traditional dishes like borscht, varenyky, and Napoleon cake – but more than that, we serve stories, solidarity, and a lot of heart.
Café Rynok is not just a business. It's:
