On November 5, 2025, I’ve been invited to speak at the international conference “Artistic Communities in Exile: Tools, Methods and Epistemologies”, organised by Campus Condorcet, Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University, and EHESS in France.
This will be the first international forum dedicated to art communities in exile, and I will represent the Belarusian artistic community among curators and researchers from all over the world.
For us, this is a rare and important opportunity to be visible at the institutional level, to join academic and curatorial conversations where Belarusians are almost never present, and to strengthen the visibility of Belarusian artists among top-level professionals.
The conference is already in early November, and unfortunately, institutions can’t provide funding in time. That’s why I’m launching this small campaign, to make sure that the Belarusian voice is heard in Sorbonne.
