I am an Android app developer from Czechia who develops apps focused on digital well-being. I try to help people limit their screen time and phone addiction by simple, yet not forced ways. I create and publish the apps to my website, where anyone can download them for free, because I believe that digital freedom and good time management shouldn't be hidden behind a paywall.
