This is the first music appreciation presentation I offered at the Joint. Boutique Hotel & Co-Work, so I'm thrilled to revisit it! Do you love Mexican music? Are there songs whose melodies you recognize but are not quite sure of their meaning or origin? In this lively presentation you will learn valuable insight on a handful of popular Mexican songs you may have heard before, along with others considered essential listening for us Mexicans.
We will translate their lyrics and other elements that make them unique, from their composers to their performers, and other music-related facts you will find interesting. No Spanish or music knowledge is required. As before, the presentation will be available for $5 USD for Coffee & Headlines members, $15 USD for non-members.
