O2 Production was established on December 6, 2014, and is one of the leading boys love film production units in Vietnam at the present time.
For the film production market, young audiences are the first target that film makers target; however, the taste of world audiences in general and Vietnamese audiences in particular are increasingly demanding. Film producers must continuously update and improve the quality of content, images, and participating actors to meet those tastes. That why the O2 Production team faces huge production costs.
During nearly 10 years of operation, we have invested more than 15 billion VND to deploy, film and release large, potential projects such as: Mr Cinderella Season 1 and Season 2, The Most Peaceful place is YOU, Want to See You, Be Your Star and Love Bill,...
In 2024, we invested nearly 200,000 USD in 2 projects, “Be Your Star” and “Teenager Judge”, with a duration is 20 episodes for each... Perhaps we were not lucky, “BE YOUR STAR” couldn’t recover the capital, the revenue was only over 20,000 USD, a loss of more than 60% of the total production cost. At this rate, we cannot maintain the filmmaking activities of O2 Production, and it is only a matter of time before we must closes. Therefore, I’m representing of O2 Production, calls for Sponsors and Investors for the TV Series “The Lost Ring” with an amount of 120,000 USD for 20 episodes.
