Mail of the Month!

Hello everyone, I hope you all had a wonderful month of October. I just wanted to come on here and let you know that I am your cheerleader and I remind you I am your long-term care cheerleader. I know that’s really hard to work in long-term care and to be a nurse anywhere but I am here for you and I wanna help you every step of the way. I also want to remind you to follow us on Instagram if you’re not because I have lots of free information there on Mondays we have a word of the day on Tuesdays is a tip for the day, Wednesdays is Wednesday wisdom where I give a story from my past to learn from. Thursdays is a progress note example, and Fridays I talk a little bit about how to take care of yourself and Saturdays of course are when I choose my YouTube comment of the week to get a little Starbucks gift card. Make sure you’re following over there so you don't miss any of that. Also I did get a question from a viewer on YouTube for my latest video asking if what I was talking about was researched or approved and that’s a great question. So I want to let you know that all of my progress note tips are based on what I’ve learned working as a manager and being through state surveys. Basically your progress notes cover you and the facility, and they do need to be written in a certain way, and there are other criteria as well that need to be met in progress notes, which are regulated.
