This year, I have been selected to participate in the BONFIRE 2025 International Online Artist Residency, a program designed to foster artistic development through mentorship, masterclasses, and collaborations with artists from around the world. This opportunity will allow me to deepen my artistic research and take my work to the next level.
To make my participation possible, I have launched a crowdfunding campaign on Patreon. With your support, I will be able to cover the residency costs, and as a thank-you, you will receive an original artwork created exclusively during the program.
What is Bonfire?
BONFIRE is an international online artist residency based in Iceland, that provides artists with mentorship, masterclasses, and a collaborative environment to develop their work. It is led by Pat Lemos and Lukas Lehmann, who have extensive experience in the art world. This two-month program (April–May 2025) brings together a small group of selected artists from around the world, offering:

The residency is designed for artists working in various disciplines (visual arts, performance, sound, and more) and provides a structured, supportive space to refine our practice. It has a cost of 900€ in total.
Where I am right now?
Currently, I am delving into the relationship between music and color, specifically focusing on Johann Sebastian Bach’s, The Well-Tempered Clavier. This masterpiece, with its intricate harmonies and carefully calibrated structure, invites a deeper exploration of how music can influence and be influenced by visual color. The tonal shifts in Bach’s compositions resonate with the psychological and emotional impact that color has on the human experience, and I am studying how these two sensory elements can align.
By referencing the book The History of Color by Nell Parkinson, I am seeking to understand the cultural, emotional, and historical significance of color, while experimenting with how these theories can be embodied through sound.
Residencies have always given me a lot of new inspiration, ways of making and people. Probably, if you are reading this is because I met you along the way in the residencies that I did last year; WAL in Ibiza, Duplex AIR in Lisbon and Kunstwerk Kolderveen in the region of Drenthe in The Netherlads.
How Can You Support?
I have created different ways for you to contribute in this journey. Every collector will receive an original artwork created during the residency, where I will further develop this idea of The Well-Tempered Clavier and color. All the shipping will be included in the membership.
The memberships will be open from February to June 2025, and artworks will be delivered from June 2025. I will contact you via email for shipping address and other details.

Receive an original A3 artwork on paper (not framed), crafted during my residency. A unique piece to add to your collection.
🖼 Collector's Tier – 75€/month
Receive an original 30x24 cm artwork on canvas or paper, capturing my research in color and music.
🎼 Bach's Tier – 100€/month
Receive three original A4 artworks on paper, capturing my research in color and music.
🌿 Exclusive Collector’s Tier – 150€/month
Receive a one-of-a-kind A4 artwork on wood, similar to my In Between collection, that will be created during BONFIRE reisdency.
🎯 One Time's Tier – Desired amount
You can also support by Buying a Coffee in this platform with the amount you'd like. This would be a one-time support. Up to 100€, you will collect an A5 original artwork. You can find it on the Home page.
