This update focuses on something I had mentioned was planned: making character stats affect the numbers shown in tooltips. The calculator should now better reflect how your build changes as Strength, Agility, Perception, Vitality, and Willpower increase.
What changed
Increasing or refunding main stats now updates tooltip values, including ability formulas, energy costs, cooldowns, backfire values, and armor penetration.
Stat bonuses such as Weapon Damage, Fumble Chance, Max Health, Energy Restoration, Cooldowns Duration, and Abilities Energy Cost are now also reflected in the calculator.
Main stat threshold bonuses at 15, 20, 25, and 30 are included too, so builds are represented more accurately as stats reach each breakpoint.
Flat damage values in tooltips now better match the game by being displayed as whole numbers where appropriate, while percentage values remain fractional when needed.
The calculator also now tracks all stats shown on the in-game character sheet, which should help with more accurate stat-based calculations in future updates.
If you spot any tooltip values that don’t match the game after increasing stats, please open an issue or join the release discussion with the ability name, the stats you increased, and the value shown in-game.
As always, thank you for using the calculator and for supporting the project!
