NodusNet Edge is now open source.
The edge node software that powers NodusNet is available on GitHub under GPLv3. You can build it, run it standalone, or connect it to the NodusNet network.
What's included:
- Full Python source for radio ingestion (FM, P25, HF, APRS)
- Local Whisper transcription (CPU, no GPU required)
- Built-in dashboard for monitoring your node
- Multi-arch Docker images (x86 and ARM/Pi)
- One-line install script
Get started:

- Install: curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/nodusrf/nodus-edge/main/install.sh | bash
Run it standalone to scan and transcribe local radio traffic. Or register with NodusNet to feed segments into the network.
