this week in #spa ⚪️🔷🪩 ' soak ' we went deep on a couple things '
1/ how metaphysical or /internal/ commands work at the vibrational layer and the etheric layer and the self-conceptualizing layer of the spirit or psyche '
2/ how physical or /external/ (e.g. written or spoken words from other people) commands work at those layers of our metaphysical anatomy or spirit or psyche '
3/ the /kua/ — aka "the hip creases" — and how to "load" the spring-loaded hinges of the kua by opening and closing yin and yang sides '

i end up talking quite a lot in this episode of #spa ⚪️🔷🪩 ' soak ' bc well nobody turned video on except for me, so it was hard for me to /know/ vs /feel/ whether those who were watching were correctly implementing what i was saying '
@lexi mentioned that it's hard to type responses to my questions while doing the actions and i responded to her that it's easier if u just turn on video so i don't have to ask to confirm whether or not my /senses/ r accurate with /txt/ ' and then if i don't have to ask u don't have to type responses '
simple '
anyway, i would rather move than talk, so my preference is that if u show up to #spa ⚪️🔷🪩 ' soak ' and rinse ' classes then u have video on ' even if u don't have a nice space or whatever or good lighting (i definitely don't and i don't begrudge anybody who doesn't have the material realm resources to improve their living environment and lighting) '
